K.I.E LTD MANAGEMENT STRUCTURE

GOVERNANCE & MANAGEMENT
The institution is managed through a 4-tier system, viz:

• Executive Management
• Regional Offices
• Branch Offices

THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS
The KIE LTD Board of Directors comprises of ten (10) members out of which seven (7) are from the private sector and the other three (3) represent shareholders. To facilitate Board business in terms of efficiency and effectiveness, the Board has the following committees:

• Finance  and Investments Committee
• Audit Committee
• Human Resources, Administration and Legal Committee

EXECUTIVE MANAGEMENT
The structure of management is as follows:
The Managing Director as Chief Executive Officer runs the company on a day to day basis. He is assisted by a General Manager in charge of field operations and Heads of the following departments:

6. Legal/Company Secretary
7. Internal Audit
8. Industrial Estates and Incubation Services
